This is the website of Autobotics, where Eric Lenhardt publishes The Home Service Edge — a free newsletter, free guides, and field reports for home-service businesses. Using the site means you're okay with what's below. It's short on purpose.
What this is — and what it isn't
Everything here is education, not advice for your specific situation. I share the plain-language moves that help home-service businesses stop leaking money, but I'm not your accountant, lawyer, or business consultant, and reading a guide doesn't make me one. Use your own judgment before you change how you run things.
No promises about your results
I'll never tell you about a result I haven't produced or verified — that's the whole brand. But your business is yours: the tools, the numbers, and the outcomes depend on your trade, your market, and how you put the advice to work. Nothing here is a guarantee of any particular result, revenue, or savings. The dollar figures in the field reports and the Revenue Leak Score are estimates to show you where money typically leaks, not a forecast for your business.
The tools and companies I mention
When I name a tool — Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, or anything else — I'm telling you what I'd use and why, not selling you theirs. Those are their products and their trademarks, and their own terms and pricing apply when you use them. Check the current details with them directly. Links out to other sites are for your convenience; I don't control what's on them.
The newsletter
The Home Service Edge is free, and every email has a working unsubscribe link — leave anytime, no hard feelings. How we handle your email and quiz answers is covered in the privacy page.
The content is mine
The writing, guides, and reports on this site are mine to share with you here. Use the ideas in your own business — that's the point. Please don't republish the content as your own.
