We collect your email when you subscribe. It's used to send The Home Service Edge via Beehiiv, our email platform. We never sell, rent, or share it. Every email has a working unsubscribe link. Want your data deleted? Email eric@theautobotics.com and it's done.
If you take the Revenue Leak Score quiz, we also keep the answers you give us — your trade, revenue range, team size, jobs per week, and your responses to the audit questions — along with the score and dollar estimates we calculate from them. We use this to personalize your results and the fixes we send you, and (in aggregate, never tied to your name publicly) to understand where home-service businesses lose money. It's stored alongside your email in our own systems (Beehiiv and Airtable) and held to the same promise: never sold, rented, or shared. Same deal on deletion — email us and it's gone.
The contact form sends your name, email, and message to us by email — nothing else is stored.
To understand how the site is used, we use Microsoft Clarity for anonymized heatmaps and session replays of clicks and scrolling — it masks the contents of form fields and other sensitive input by default, so it never captures what you type.
